Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using the Tidy: Cleaning Routines for Real Life mobile application, developed by Creative Adventures Lab ("we", "us", "our") (available on the App Store and Google Play, also referred to as "Tidy", the "App", or "Service"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Description and Scope

Tidy is a household cleaning-routine application for iOS and Android devices. The App allows you, and optionally other members of your household, to:

• Build a personal task list across customisable rooms, with frequency, estimated minutes, custom emoji, tools, and steps;
• Track when each task was last completed and have the App schedule the next occurrence automatically;
• Run focused cleaning sessions of 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes ("energy levels");
• Maintain a streak counter, track your total completed sessions, and pause everything via Vacation Mode;
• Switch on a low-distraction "Focus Mode" (also called ADHD mode) for one-task-at-a-time presentation;
• Receive an optional daily reminder notification at a time you choose, with a smart body computed from your due tasks;
• Display a home-screen widget showing the most urgent upcoming task;
• Optionally create or join a shared household of up to five other members (six members total, including yourself), with an 8-character invite code, an explicit member-approval flow, real-time sync of a shared chore board, task assignment, and one-time scheduled tasks.

The App uses anonymous authentication only. There is no sign-in screen, no email/password registration, no Sign in with Apple, and no Sign in with Google. Each device runs its own anonymous Supabase session; subscription recovery on a new device is handled entirely through the platform store's "Restore Purchases" flow (see Section 5.4).

The App is free to use for its core feature set. A Tidy+ subscription unlocks two premium features: Household Sharing and Vacation Mode. New subscribers receive a seven (7) day free trial of Tidy+ when they start a Monthly or Yearly plan.

These Terms govern your use of the App on any device and any associated server-side services. They do not govern any third-party services (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) whose own terms apply separately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The App is not directed at children under 13. See Section 13 (Children's Privacy) for further detail.
