1. Overview

By downloading, accessing, or using the Puro application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Puro is a cigar tracking and journaling application that allows users to log, organize, and manage their cigar collections and smoking sessions. The App may include AI-powered features such as cigar band recognition and price estimation.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who do not meet eligibility criteria.

3. Access & Features

Puro is a free-to-download application offered with two subscription plans:

• Basic Plan — Includes all core features of the App, such as:
  • Unlimited humidor and cigar tracking
  • Per-batch aging tracking (cigars added at different times age separately)
  • Smoking session logging and notes
  • Photo capture for humidors, cigars, and smoking sessions (camera and photo library)
  • Aging reminders, low stock alerts, and notifications
  • Data export (CSV and PDF)
• Premium Plan — Includes everything in the Basic plan, plus:
  • AI cigar band recognition and scanning
  • AI-powered price and value estimation

Data export (CSV and PDF) is always available to all users — including those without an active subscription — so you can retain a copy of any data you have entered into the App.

Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions (Basic or Premium) are processed by:

• Apple Inc. (App Store) for iOS users
• Google LLC (Google Play Store) for Android users
