By downloading, accessing, installing, or using "Rock Identifier: Crystal & Gem" application also referred to as "the App", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Rock Identifier: Crystal & Gem is an AI-powered identification application that analyzes user-submitted images to provide possible matches for rocks, minerals, fossils, stones, and crystals.

The App relies on third-party artificial intelligence services, including but not limited to:

• Google LLC (Gemini API and related services)
• Supabase (backend infrastructure)

By using this App, you consent to the use of these third-party services and their respective terms of service.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be:

• At least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction

If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.

3. Access & Paid Features

Rock Identifier: Crystal & Gem is free-to-download but requires paid access for core functionality.
