Last updated: October 6, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using the Batch Cooking: Meal Prep Plan mobile application, developed by Creative Adventures Lab SASU ("we", "us", "our") (available on the App Store as "Batch Cooking: Meal Prep Plan" and shown on your home screen as "Batch Cooking"; also referred to as "Batch Cooking", the "App", or "Service"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App collects, what leaves your device, and what we store. Sections below refer to it by section number throughout.
What's New (October 6, 2026)
This is a plain-language summary of the changes made on October 6, 2026, provided for convenience. It does not replace the full Terms below; where this summary and a numbered Section differ, the Section governs.
- A new publisher (Section 17). The App is now published and operated by Creative Adventures Lab SASU. Its particulars, registered address and contact email are in Section 17. The change of publisher does not by itself change how the App works. The contact address also changes in Sections 3 and 13, and these Terms now link to the Privacy Policy from the opening paragraph and from Section 16.
- A new name. The App is now called Batch Cooking (on the App Store: Batch Cooking: Meal Prep Plan).
- App Store only (Sections 1, 2, 5, 11 and 13). These Terms now cover only the App as distributed through the Apple App Store.
- Reminder of Apple's Standard EULA (Section 16). For App Store downloads, Apple's Standard EULA also applies, and prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
- Batch cooking (Sections 1, 6 and 7). The App now plans batch cooking sessions. Its timings, temperatures, storage and reheating guidance are estimates, not food-safety advice.
- AI use is counted (Sections 3 and 5.2). The App now keeps a daily count of AI requests, with a daily limit per feature.
- AI dish photos (Section 6). Dish photos in the App are made by AI and show what a dish typically looks like.
- Free trials (Section 5). Any free trial is now an App Store introductory offer.
- The age question (Sections 2.1 and 13). Where the App Store gives no answer, the App asks whether you are 16 or older.
- Updates, more detail and precisions on Sections 2.1, 10 and 13: age assurance and store age signals, limitation of liability, and children's privacy. One point is worth calling out from those sections: 16 is an absolute minimum that a parent or guardian cannot approve around.
- The Acceptable Use section is updated with reminders of restrictions that apply to every user and are mandatory to respect (Section 4).
